Exciting Things Are Happening at Avant…

We have been working hard over the holidays to bring you some exciting developments! We hope you are enjoying our new look & we are looking forward to share our updates with you.

First & foremost. Avant Ballet Studio has now changed to Avant Dance Studio to better reflect the variety of classes & genres we have to offer. With the new name, comes a new logo & you can head to our social media pages to check it out in more detail.

We also have a new website in production – huge thanks to Alexis Treulieb-Berk for putting it together for us.

Our next announcement -Sian & Robbyn will now be co-directing ADS. This will generally affect behind the scenes; classes will still be run in the same format at our Tea Tree Gully studio.

We are currently in the process of setting up new software, which will streamline& automate a lot of our existing processes. We hope to have the new programme up & running during Term One.

Keep an eye out for updates, as you can imagine it’s quite a process to transfer all the data!

Each family will have access to a portal & app. It appears that as we are adding data, it is sending an immediate invitation to parents/guardians to sign up for the portal. We haven’t worked out yet how to stop this being an automatic process so please bear with us as we work through the nitty-gritty parts. We would be most grateful if you receive the invitation for your portal, that you do follow through, knowing it may not be giving you information for a while!

We also have a new ABN, new bank details & eventually another email address once the website is up & running (this email & our old webpage will continue to work even when the new one is up and running). These can be found on the right & will be detailed on the first invoice you receive.
